Week #2 Starting Out With A Bang

Yea, Buddy
The holiday season is over, the decorations are packed away, and the house is finally back in semi-order. This is exactly how I feel. In fact I could easily hibernate till' Easter. But, something about the year beginning puts a little bee in my bonnet to want to clean every nook and cranny of my home.

Before Looking Ahead
I find it funny how quickly people make new years resolutions. I used to do that as well. Then I realized I can't decide where to go next if I don't know where I've been. This year I'm going to take a little time to reflect.

Just One Day At A Time
There are always things I can do to improve myself. If I made a list I might have to contact a publisher for novel rights. But when I look at myself just for today it's a smaller piece I can swallow.
Kinda like the difference between diving into Dontes' Inferno and catching up on Facebook posts. When I wake up each day or before I go to bed each night, I can ask myself one simple question.
What can/did I do today to be a better me?

This Week We Purchased The Following:
General Grocery buy week. 2#'s ground turkey, milk, sugar,
cabbage, mushrooms , 10#'s potatoes, onions yellow/red,

didn't get paid to say that either.)

Ephesians 4:22-24
To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
